1.1. Mariboost sells time in the form of service. We do not claim to be the owners or representatives of the trademarks, brands and intellectual properties of others – they remain the property of their original copyright owners.
1.2. The service Mariboost is hosted under the name (domain) of www.mariboost.com (“the Site”) and is not affiliated with any other site, company, brand, organization, or similarly named entity resembling it.
1.3. The process by which our service will be carried out differs depending on the service requested by the customer. All orders will be finished within a reasonable time frame. If we fail to meet your expectations regarding the quality of our service, you – our customers, may contact us and request that another booster finish your order. We undergo serious internal procedures to deal with such situations, take measures to ensure we perform at the highest level on the market and also monitor all personnel on the Site.
1.4. All products and services available on the Site are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in-game (online) services. We deliver the service only through players that posses high skill in the game.
1.5. The Site does not offer any physical products or property, therefore is not obligated to send any goods to addresses of its customers.
1.6. Mariboost does not guarantee that the descriptions of all or any products displayed on the site are 100% accurate. This is mainly due to the difficulty inherent with operating within a proposed time limit. However, we have done our best to explain the content on the Site and its services as correctly and realistically as possible.
1.7. Mariboost reserves the right to change or alter any of the Site’s content, conditions, terms, or policies, as well as our respective extensions, at any time and without notice. By using any service that the Site offers, you agree that Mariboost can’t be liable or accountable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services.
1.8. Concerning refunds
1.8.1. For virtual goods and services there is little option for refunds to be issued. Any possibility of a refund is at the sole discretion of the Site’s owner.
1.8.2. However in the event where a service is not delivered as promised, or other conditions are not met pertaining to the order, the customer may contact us via email, livechat or skype within 48 hours of the finishing of the order, or while the order is in progress. Any claims against Mariboost after that period of time are going to be judged by the Sites representatives according to the provided proofs by the user of the service.
1.8.3. In the event where an order is cancelled prior to being processed and started by our staff the customer will be refunded 90% of the original order cost once they have contacted us and finalized the cancellation (transaction fees are at the expense of the customer).
1.8.4. In the event where your order has been started, but not finished, you will have the right to receive store credit (equal to the monetary value of the unfinished portion of the order), which you can use for your future orders on the Site. In cases of extreme inaccuracy between what has been ordered and what has been provided a refund can be requested for the portion of the service which was not completed, calculated on the base of percentage completion of your order and percentage remaining.
1.8.5. Any payment dispute or third-party mediation started by a customer of the Site without contacting us in advance will result in cancellation of your order and no refund.
1.8.6. In cases of charge back, the owed money will be refunded in duration of 168 hours period due to safety measures regarding paypal.com system.
1.9. Mariboost gives you a limited license to access the Site with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for personal use only. You are also allowed to review the page, but not copy its content, design or program code. In cases such as that we shall contact the one in violation with a demand to remove the copied part of the Site. In case of refusal to remove the copied part by the violator a legal case shall be started in which we shall claim our rights and all taxes and fees will be at the expense of the one in violation.
1.10. Mariboost does not permit without obtaining our prior written consent to do the following: downloading (other than page caching), reproducing, duplicating, copying any content of Mariboost such as (including but not limited to): product listings, descriptions, prices; using or framing any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout or forms); using ” hidden text ” utilizing Mariboost name or trademarks; or any exploitation of the content for commercial or inappropriate purposes.
1.11. The compilation of the combined content on the Site is an exclusive property of Mariboost.
1.12. All software used on the Site is the property of Mariboost or its software suppliers and is protected by law.
1.13. All submitted art content remains copyright of its original copyright holder. Images are for personal use.
1.14. Mariboost does not intend to infringe upon any legitimate intellectual right, artistic right or any registered copyright. If you are the rightful owner of any of the Artwork posted here, and you do not want it to be displayed or if you require a suitable credit, then please contact us and we will immediately fulfill whatever requirement you have for the image to be removed or to provide credit where it is due. The Art used in the Site does not gain any financial benefit for us, we do not sell or claim rights on it
1.15. All artwork found on the Site is believed to be in the "public domain”. We give credit to Blizzard Entertainment for the character artworks and any derivatives.
1.16. We do not intend to infringe upon any intellectual right. Our sole purpose is to give our clients the chance to evolve and grow their gaming skills, providing them the opportunity to play in a more competitive environment and on the level they deserve.
1.17. Mariboost may also include links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. We do not operate or control any information, products or services appearing on or offered through these third-party sites, nor are we responsible for examining or evaluating these third-party sites, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any actions, products, or content related to these third-party sites.
1.18. Mariboost.com isn’t endorsed or in any way affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment and doesn’t reflect the views or opinions of Blizzard Entertainment or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Overwatch. 2. Customer Rights
2.1. Customers have the right to contact our live support or admins at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises or if they have any other concerns about our service
2.2. Customers have the right to monitor their order progress and communicate with their personal boosters or site support for additional information.
2.3. Customers have the right to request changing of their booster if their current one is not performing at the expected level or is delaying the completion of their order for an unreasonable amount of time without excuse.
2.4. Customers have the right to rate, comment and give feedback for our service.
2.5. Customers have the right to pre-request booster that they like best. However if the chosen booster is too occupied, we’ll switch it to someone else.
2.7. Customers with limited rights provided by Mariboost can view all parts of the Site (visible and available to clients) and are permitted to voice their opinions on them and in cases of errors, bugs, or inaccuracy of the information to contact the admins and request maintenance.
2.8. Customers have the right to receive an appropriate reward (with minimum value of one hour coaching session) in a case where our boosters offer you service that Mariboost provides, without using the Site (private boosting/coaching) for which the customer should provide proof to the admins (screenshot, text logs etc.).
2.9. Customers have the right to receive their service with discount in the cases promised or using the periodic promotion codes.
2.10. Customers can contact the admins with demand to remove content that is their copyright or violates their legal rights or offends them in any way.
2.11. Customers have the right to receive all listed services as they are described.
2.12 Customers have the rights to ask for a refund in terms of Site's credits if for any reason the account they wanted to place the service on, is by any means compromised by the Site or the booster operating on it (IE: bans, change of the details etc).
3. Customer Duties
3.2. You agree to cooperate in case of investigation by Mariboost regarding fraudulent or improper activities such as (including but not limited to): false claims regarding non-receipt of products or services, fraudulent charge backs, stealing of property or ideas belonging to or entrusted to Mariboost.
3.3. Customers accept by using our services that they are aware and know what they are paying for, and that the Service you are paying for matches your In-Game information. If there are errors in the information you provide when purchasing service from us may result in delay of your boost or reducing the amount of wins/divisions/ranks that you wanted to the amount th
3.4. Customers are allowed to post comments, ratings and feedback for our site.
3.6. Customers accept that by buying our Service you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchase with Mariboost after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed, and that you as a customer cannot violate the rules of Charge Backs stipulated in any payment method provided on the Site.
3.7. Customers accept that the boosters have the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the game we provide service for, so that they might perform to the best of their abilities. For such changes all customers have the right to be informed in advance.
3.7 bis. You accept that ending 1 - 2 Skill rating points below the set goal, will result in the acceptance and the closure of the order. You accept not to ask for extra games since the missing rating and to not complain about the result of your order.
3.8. You accept not to play any ranked games while your orders are in progress, or in any way attempt to hinder the progress of your order. If you don’t follow this rule, we reserve the right to mark your order as completed without refund or to finish your order after reducing your boost with the amount of ranked games you have played. Exceptions can be made only for “Games Boost” or “Duo Queue” orders after consulting with your personal booster or the Site support in advance.
3.8 bis. “ Anti decay “ Both Solo and Duo options have the following rules: If you decide to play yourself and lose skill rating, you will have to pay extra for the SR you have lost, or we will maintain the skill rating you have dropped to. If you purchase a “ Master “ anti decay and you personally drop below the “ Master “ rating, we are not bound to bring your account back to “ Master ” .
3.9. Customers purchasing services that have failed to fill in the correct information about their current rank will be required to pay extra in direct relation to the difference between the prices of the incorrect information and the accurate one according to our price lists, if they wish the order to be completed.
3.11. You, the customer, accept that your bill will be sent to a debt collectors agency if you charge back a payment for a service that has been completed or if your payment does not go through our system properly (Paypal system error, Mariboost system error), and you accept that you will have to pay extra fees covering both the collectors agency and any other unforeseen costs in regards to your chargeback.
3.14. Customers agree that Mariboost will not be held responsible for any actions following our service taken by Blizzard Entertainment on your account, including, but not limited to: suspensions, restrictions, banning or any further method of penalization. Refunds will not be given in these cases.
